SICILY ISLAND, LA – Services for Billy Ray Montgomery, 71, from Ferriday, who died on Oct. 18, 2024, in Baton Rouge, LA will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 27, 2024, at New Light Ministries in Sicily Island, LA under the direction of Smith Funeral Home in Monroe, LA.

Burial will follow immediately after service in the New Light Cemetery in Foules, LA.
