July 30, 1975 – Oct. 20, 2024

NATCHEZ – Thomas Daniel Perry Jr., 49, of Natchez passed away at his residence Sunday, Oct. 20, 2024. Memorial Services will be held at Kingston United Methodist Church on Oct. 26, 2024, at noon, with Bro. Jim Beam-Ingram Officiating.

Thomas was born on July 30, 1975, in Natchez. The son of Beverly P. Yeates, father, Thomas Perry Sr., and stepfather, Tommy Yeates.

Thomas graduated from ACCS in 1994. He went to work straight out of high school hauling heavy equipment, trucking, and working on anything he could turn a wrench on. TP was known for humorous antics. Everyone that knew TP had a story to tell and he was always the life of the party. In 2008, he married Danielle Wilson Perry in a beautiful mountain wedding. His wildest ride began when they welcomed twin boys, Brendan and Logan. From then on, he was the most dedicated and dependable father. TP and the boys never stopped, from baseball fields, football fields, the lake, to the race track…they were go, go, go. TP enjoyed working with Brendan on a 1979 Trans-Am race car and always helping Logan trick out his truck. When TP wasn’t out peddling crawfish and slinging peanuts, he was spending time at the shop or at home with friends and family.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Riley Odom; his fathers, Thomas Perry Sr, and Tommy Yeates.

Thomas is survived by his wife, Danielle; sons, Brendan Thomas and Logan Daniel Perry; mother, Beverly Yeates; grandmother, Alma Odom; sister, Erin Yeates; brother, Jason Yeates, and wife, Jessica, and a number of nieces and nephews; the entire Wilson family and TP’s most special companion, Draego Perry. His lifelong friends include Buck Brumfield, Barrett Clark, Eyrich Clark, Davy Wilson, Dustin Owen, Luke Wilson, Robert and Abbey Segrest.

Honorary Pallbearers are Cookie Wilson, Wayne Coyle, Davy Wilson, Trey Wilson, J.C. Thompson, Garrett Wilson, Peyton Wilson and Tucker Thompson.
