NATCHEZ — In the second task of the Natchez Balloon Festival Saturday at approximately 7:30 a.m., more than 4o hot-air balloons are taking off from the location of their choosing to reach a target behind the  Natchez Mall — then things get interesting.

From the mall, the Balloon Meister will take off and place another target, likely heading into Concordia Parish.

Those in the Miss Lou area this morning, don’t forget to look up for the chance to spot a hot-air balloon!
