NATCHEZ – Henceforth, the highly-anticipated hot-air balloon glow on Friday night of the Natchez Balloon Festival will be forever known as the James Biglane Balloon Glow in honor of the festival founder, the late James Biglane.
Biglane family members were also at Friday night’s event to receive a Key to the City and the Spirit of David Steckler Award given posthumously to James Biglane.
