NATCHEZ — Coldwell Banker Stewart Realty is now Bluff City Real Estate, said owner Van L. “Butch” Stewart.
He said, despite the name change, Bluff City Real Estate will continue to offer its customers products, services and expertise in the real estate market, just as Coldwell Banker Stewart Realty did for more than 20 years.
“With the ever-changing real estate market, we are proud to share our expertise and experience and continue providing services for both buyers and sellers,” Stewart said.
He said the office, located at 131 S. Commerce St. in downtown Natchez, will continue to be staffed by eight, full-time sales associates with more than 175 years of combined real estate experience.
“We at Bluff City Real Estate are committed to continue being the leading real estate firm in the Miss Lou area. Customer satisfaction is the number one goal,” Stewart said.
In addition to the name change, Stewart said Dianne Brown, who previously owned and operated her own real estate firm, Hudson and Brown, has joined Bluff City Real Estate as an associate broker.
Also, Cindy Brinks joins Bluff City Real Estate as a sales associate, joining Stewart, Brown, Sandra V. Ellard, Sharon Sharp Williams, Kenny Jones, Kittye Mason and Joanne Roper.
