FERRIDAY – Funeral services for Billy Ray Smart, 90, of Ridgecrest, will be held at Young’s Funeral Home in Ferriday on Sunday, Sept. 29, 2024, at 1:30 p.m. with Bro. Brent Smart and Casey Young officiating. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park, under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home.
