VIDALIA – Graveside services for Stephen Ray Bush, 55, of Vidalia, who departed this earthly life on Tuesday, Sept. 17, 2024, in Vidalia, will be held on Friday, Sept. 27, 2024, at 11 a.m. at the Vidalia City Cemetery with Pastor Raymond Riley officiating.

Visitation will be held on Friday, Sept. 27, 2024, from 9:30 until 10:30 a.m. at the West Gate Funeral Home (George F. West Sr. Memorial Chapel).

Stephen was born July 21, 1969, in Natchez, the son of Emma Jean Bush and Carl Baker. He was retired from the Concordia Parish School District. In his spare time, he enjoyed watching sports, cooking, and hanging out with friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, and grandmother, Mary Burden.

Stephen leaves to cherish his memories: daughter, Alisha White; brother, Larry Thorton, Carl Green, and Jeremy Baker; sisters, Angela Bush, Christal Watson, Carlisa Baker, Charlotte Roby, and Darnettra Franklin; special niece, Dwarye Bush; and a host of other relatives and friends.
