The remnant system was last addressed in a final advisory by the National Hurricane Center at 4 am Thursday. The tropical storm Hector has weakened into a remnant.
Remnants of Hector are 1305 miles east of Hilo Hawaii, with maximum sustained wind of 35 mph. It’s moving 13 mph to the west.
