Area law enforcement is looking for a missing Hispanic teen who reportedly ran away from Deluxe Inn on John R. Junkin Drive on Wednesday morning.

The 17-year-old Jaslene Chavez was seen walking from the hotel at 10:30 a.m., possibly heading into the Vidalia, La. wearing a black hoodie with a dinosaur on it, a khaki skirt and carrying two backpacks.

A BOLO alert has been issued to area law enforcement agencies. Anyone who sees the missing teen is asked to contact the Natchez Police Department at 601-445-5565, Concordia Parish Sheriff’s Office at 318-336-5231 or dial 911 with any information regarding the whereabouts of this missing juvenile.
