David King inducted into MAIS Sports Hall of Fame

NATCHEZ — Adams County Christian School’s Coach and Headmaster David King celebrated his induction into the MAIS Sports Hall of Fame at the Mississippi Sports Hall of Fame and Museum Saturday in Jackson.
Throughout his coaching career, King has celebrated over 250 wins, six state championship wins, was four times a state runner-up, had 18 seasons with more than 10 wins in the season, had a perfect season with a record of 15-0 in 2010, was six times the Natchez Democrat’s Coach of the Year and the 2023 MAIS 5A Coach of the Year, and has been the headmaster of ACCS for 12 years, she school shared.
King is now starting his 30th coaching season with a hall of fame induction, his wife Stephanie shared on social media.
“It was certainly a memorable night!! Thank you to all our family and friends who came to support and honor him. It’s been a heck of a ride, but it’s not over yet! He has a few more wins and records to set!”
