NATCHEZ – Funeral services for Tony Anthony Buie, 61, of Natchez, who passed away on July 17, 2024, will be held on Saturday, July 27, 2024, at 11 a.m. at New Hope: The Vision Center Baptist Church with Pastor Robert W. Fleming officiating under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home.

Visitation services will be held on Friday, July 26, 2024, from 3 until 5 p.m. at the Marshall Funeral Home Chapel in Natchez and on Saturday, July 27, 2024, from 10 a.m. until the service time at the church.

Tony, affectionately known as “Big Tab”, was born on April 4, 1963, in Meadville, to Marshall Edward Buie and Bertha Lee Bee Buie. He served honorably in the United States Army.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Sue McGuire-Buie; his parents; his brother, Willie Ray Buie; and one nephew, Michael Young.

Tony leaves to cherish his memories two daughters, Toni Buie of Baton Rouge, LA, and Jazzalin (Travis) McGuire-Noble of Natchez; grandchildren, Reagan Noble, Travis Noble Jr., and Triniti Noble; one brother, Edward (Patricia) Buie of Austin, TX; one sister, Margie Buie of Houston, TX; sisters-in-law, Linda McGuire, Betty McGuire, and Diane Matthews; partners-in-crime, Fred Johnson, Joe Anderson, Carla Thomas, Clifton Knight, Brenda Owens-Shaw, Carolyn Hayes, and Ricky McGruder Sr.; and a host of Broadmoor extended families, nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.
