Chic Shak fast food restaurant listed for sale

NATCHEZ — A relatively new downtown restaurant is for sale.

The Chic Shak, which Greg and Kim Everhart opened on Sept. 8, 2023, has been listed for sale on Facebook Marketplace. The asking price is $239,000.

“Possible owner financing. Downtown Natchez fast food restaurant for sale. Turnkey business opportunity. Plenty of parking. Message for questions and details,” the listing reads.

The restaurant is located at 104 Martin Luther King Jr. St. Greg Everhart did not respond immediately to a phone call seeking comment Wednesday morning.
