NATCHEZ – Funeral services for Stephen Keith Cain, 66, of Natchez, who departed this earthly life on Monday, April 1, 2024, in Natchez will be held on Friday, April 12, 2024, at 11 a.m. at West Gate Funeral Home (George F. West, Sr. Memorial Chapel) with Pastor Cora Minor officiating.

Burial will follow under the direction of West Gate Funeral Home.

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 12, 2024, from 10 a.m. until the time of the service.

Stephen was born March 13, 1958, the son of Ethel Hayes Cain and Joseph Cain. He was educated at Sadie V. Thompson School and was employed with the City of Natchez-Sanitation Department. Mr. Cain was a member of Full Solid Rock Baptist Church where he served as an usher. He enjoyed fishing, watching television, sports, and spending time with friends.

His life will forever be cherished in the lives of his wife, Ruth Argue Cain; sisters, Ethel Johnson and Marie C. Smith; sisters-in-law, Zelda Argue and Angeline Argue; brother-in-law, William Argue, Jr., other relatives and friends.
