NATCHEZ — A slew of Miss-Lou first responders worked to contain a fire among tires and others debris at 10 Ratcliff Road in Natchez, where Johnny Delaughter and his wife and dog lived in a mobile home. That home was completely destroyed. No one was reported injured. Delaughter operated a junkyard of sorts on the property.
Neighbors have complained for years about it, and the Adams County Board of Supervisors has taken several steps to have Delaughter clean up the property or contain it within a fence to shield it from neighbors.
