Take a trip back to the dinosaur age with ‘Jurassic Empire’ in Natchez

NATCHEZ – More than 200 million years’ worth of dinosaurs, including true-to-life size, ultra-realistic dinosaurs in their natural habitats, is coming to Natchez.
Jurassic Empire, the largest and most realistic dinosaur event ever seen at the Natchez Convention Center, is Feb. 24 and Feb. 25. Times for Saturday’s exhibit will be 11 a.m. until 8 p.m. and Sunday’s exhibit times are 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.
This fun-filled, family event has entertained children and adults across the country. There will be a wide variety of fun and educational activities designed to engage members of the entire family.
Visitors will embark on a prehistoric journey from the Jurassic through the Ice Age periods and discover the dinosaurs and mammals that ruled the earth more than 200 million years ago.
Other exhibit includes hands-on interaction with these enormous dinosaurs, including rides.
Participants can enjoy a fossil dig area where young paleontologists can dig up ancient bones; virtual reality rides; and bounce houses, among other fun events.
Jurassic Empire admission prices are $20 for kids and adults. The price for the kid’s VIP Unlimited Rides admission is $33.
