NATCHEZ – Esther departed this life on Feb. 14, 2024. She was predeceased by her parents and an older sister, Grace Williams.

She is survived by her younger sister, Miriam Timmons. Numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews, and others are also left to cherish her memory.

Esther married Roy Price on Apr. 1, 1985. They raised dozens of cats together. During the 80’s and 90’s they made many trips to the New Orleans Jazz Fest.

She played the piano, handbells and had a beautiful voice. She was an excellent cook. There was a girls’ trip every year that she always looked forward to. She added joy and laughter to every occasion.

A memorial service will be held at First Presbyterian Church on Thursday, Feb. 22, 2024. Visitation will be from 10 until 11 a.m. with the service to follow.
