NATCHEZ — Natchez and Adams County are part of the Winter Storm Watch, issued by the National Weather Service Jackson for Monday morning through Monday night.

The weather service reports a mix of freezing rain and sleet is possible. Total ice accumulations of up to a tenth of an inch are possible in addition to light sleet accumulation.

The winter storm watch covers portions of central, south central and southwest Mississippi.

The weather service reports travel may be hazardous and power outages are possible.
