Gerald Nettles, who pleaded guilty to Possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, methamphetamine, on June 8, 2022, in sentenced in Judge Blackwell’s court to serve three years in the Mississippi Department of Corrections with full credit for time served and with the remaining balance to be served in the Mississippi Department of Corrections Restitution Center. Defendant shall not be eligible for release from the Restitution Center until such time as all outstanding court costs and fees are paid in full.
