The Cash Savers and Dirt Cheap stores at 261 D’Evereux Drive in Natchez are closed for safety reasons until further notice, said Neifa Hardy, Adams County EMA Liaison Officer.

Law enforcement and emergency responders are on the scene, but no details have been shared about the safety issue.

No one is allowed in the parking lot at this time.

Regions Bank and Beauty Town adjacent to the stores also have been shut down and evacuated.

Hardy asked the public to please stay away from the parking lot until the scene is deemed safe.
