NATCHEZ — Y’all Means All Natchez is accepting applications for its 2023 Y’all Means All Scholarship Award.
Under the program, a generous monetary scholarship will be awarded to a college junior or higher in the Natchez-Miss Lou area majoring in a field related to mental health.
The mission of Y’all Means All Natchez is to help build a more open and accepting community that welcomes a diversity of perspectives, lifestyles and cultures necessary to promote private and public investment in our city and region.
It is the YMAN mission to foster an atmosphere of hope and inclusiveness by participating in community improvement activities and providing grants and merit awards to strengthen mental well-being services in our region.
Applicants must be full-time students, defined as 12 credit hours or more per semester, and from the Natchez and Miss-Lou region attending an accredited college or university, and majoring in a field related to mental health. A grade point average of 3.0 or higher is required for the scholarship award. Current transcripts must accompany the application. The scholarship award is open to entering junior or senior years students or those pursuing an advanced degree.
Applications must be received by YMAN no later than Dec. 15.
Late applications will not be accepted.
Scholarship applicants will be notified about the scholarship award by Jan. 15, 2024.
