Friday, Oct. 7:
Tyrone Williams, A/K/A Tyrone Smith, pleaded guilty to burglary of an automobile in Judge Blackwell’s court. Sentenced to seven years in the Mississippi Department of Corrections, will full credit for any time served, the balance suspended for placement in the Damascus Road rehabilitation program. The suspended time is conditioned upon the defendant’s acceptance into and the successful completion of all terms of the Damascus Road rehabilitation program, his exhibition of good behavior, and that he violate no laws for the period that he is participating in the Damascus Road rehabilitation program. Must pay at $1,500.00 fine to the Adams County Sheriff’s Drug Fund, all court costs, and fees, including at $250.00 prosecution fee.
Tonika Drane pleaded guilty to Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance, methamphetamine, more than one tenth (0.1) gram, but less than two (2) grams, in Judge Blackwell’s court. Sentenced to three years in the Mississippi Department of Corrections, with full credit for any time served, the remaining balance suspended, to be served on formal reporting post-release supervision through the Mississippi Department of Corrections for a period of three years. Must pay all court costs and fees, including a $250.00 prosecution fee, within one (1) year.
