ROXIE — Private burial services for Craig Stevens Hawkins, 58, of Roxie, who away at Merit Health in Natchez, on May 27, 2020, will be held on Tuesday, June 2, 2020, at Natchez National Cemetery at 10 a.m. under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend walk-through visitation services on Monday, June 1, from 3 to 4 p.m. at the Lighthouse Center located in Meadville, Mississippi.

Craig was born on May 26, 1952, in Roxie, to the late Henry Sr. and Marva Louise Hawkins.

He served honorably for 22 years in the Army National Guard including service during the Gulf War. He loved remodeling homes, fishing, and hunting.

He is preceded in death by his father.

Craig leaves to cherish her memories two daughters, Kala (Calvin) Robinson and Latasha Felton; grandchildren, Adam Johnson and Chelsea Felton; six sisters: Gwen Hawkins of Roxie, Shelia Hawkins of Atlanta, GA, Charlene Hawkins of Atlanta, GA, Angela Hawkins of Houston, TX, Estelle Felton of Fayette, MS, and Ruth Felton of Fayette; four brothers: Ricky Hawkins of Atlanta, Henry Hawkins of Roxie, Michael (Tawanda) Hawkins of Chicago, and Clifford Hawkins of Albany, GA; a special friend, Bennie Covington; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
