Mississippi reported its third death from COVID-19 Wednesday afternoon.

The Mississippi State Department of Health reported the death of 65-70-year-old male from Webster County, who had underlying health conditions. The man died in the hospital, MSDH reported.

The death is the second one reported in the state Wednesday. Earlier in the day, MSDH reported the death of a man in Holmes County, who also had underlying health conditions.

As of Wednesday morning, the state reported 377 confirmed cases of COVID-19.
