COVID-19 case identified in Wilkinson County; Number of cases in Mississippi up to 50

The Mississippi Department of Health reported Thursday morning one positive test of COVID-19 in Wilkinson County. No positive cases have been reported in Adams County.
MDH reported Thursday the total number of cases in the state has increased to 50 cases. As of Thursday morning, the total number of individuals tested for COVID-19 by the MSDH Public Health Laboratory and private laboratories is 602. There have been no deaths reported in Mississippi.
The Department of Health website, which reports the confirmed and presumptive cases of the virus does not list any additional information about the cases. On Thursday morning the MDH reported 16 additional cases in the state in the following counties:
