ACCS boys soccer falls to Park Place Christian Academy

NATCHEZ — Adams County Christian School Rebels lost 3-1 to the Park Place Christian Academy Crusaders in the first round of the Midsouth Association of Independent Schools Division II boys soccer playoffs on Monday.
With 30 seconds in the match, Park Place Christian Academy pulled their starters and let their junior varsity players play in the match. When the Crusaders pulled their starters, Yohan Thompson scored his last goal of his high school career and the only goal for the Rebels in the match.
The Rebels came into the MAIS playoffs as the No. 1 seed from the South Region. Park Place Christian Academy was the No. 2 seed from the Central Region.
