Since the release of their debut album called “Natchez” in 2018, Bishop Gunn band members and Natchez natives Travis McCready, Drew Smithers, Ben Lewis and Burne Sharp achieved great heights in their musical career.

The band has toured with Kid Rock and opened for acclaimed bands in the rock n’ roll universe, “The Rolling Stones” and “Guns N Roses.”

At the end of their European tour in 2019, Bishop Gunn continued to embrace their hometown roots and returned to Natchez for the second annual Bishop Gunn Crawfish Boil — which turned out a large crowd with hundreds of both local and international fans.

The band announced their return for the 2020 Bishop Gunn Crawfish Boil in January on social media:

“Some of you have already heard the rumors and guessed the news… yes it’s true, the Bishop Gunn Crawfish Boil is returning in 2020! Not only that, but we are moving to Rosalie Mansion this year, the site of our beloved Natchez Balloon Festival. We truly feel that we have the best fans in the world, which you all proved at last year’s BGCB when you came out in droves despite the poor weather. It’s only right that we repay your commitment with another go at this thing! This event is all about celebrating the culture of our beautiful hometown with local food, drink and of course, music!”
