Now if never is the time for development on U.S. 84 east.
With I-55 just 50 miles away we need to start developing and building on U.S. 84 east.
Rezoning of acres of property on U.S. 84 at the county borderline for strictly warehouses would attract major large and small distribution centers.
Controlled temperature storage is in high demand so Adams County with either border counties having an industrial park strictly for warehouses is an idea that the county and city officials should discuss.
This would also attract travel centers and truck stops. That would definitely help the new business Empire Trucks that is about to open.
Plus travel centers would only boost tourist economy.
