FERRIDAY—Servicesfor Rosie Neal Hooper, 85, of Ferriday, who died at her residence, will be 11 a.m. Saturday at the Word of Faith Ambassador Outreach Church in Ferriday with the Rev. Robert Strickland officiating.
Burial will follow at Ferriday Cemetery under the directions of Concordia Funeral Home in Ferriday.
Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Mrs. Hooper, was born in Know, Louisiana, the daughter of Edward Neal Sr. and Illinois Litt Neal.
Survivors include three sons, Jimmy Hooper and wife, Linda, Warren Neal and wife, Mattie, all of Ferriday, and Earl Neal and wife, Vickie, of Natchez; two daughters, Venora Hooper and husband, Larry, and Shirley Anderson, all of Ferriday; four sisters, Lola Cook of Reserve, Louisiana, Annie Neal and Effie Washington, both of Ferriday, and Lucy Mitchell of New Orleans; and a number of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
