ACCS elementary students put their talents on display

NATCHEZ — Twenty-five acts competed Saturday evening in Adams County Christian School’s Elementary School Talent Show, sponsored by the school’s Drama Club.
“All proceeds benefit the Adams County Christian School theatre program and their production of ‘Aladdin’ April 25 and May 2,” said the director Malori Giannaris. “Our elementary show had 25 different acts, with a total of about 40 students participating, including Drama Club members who did everything from operation of spotlights, sound, hosting and concessions.”
Winner’s of Saturday’s show:
- First place: vocal performance of “Jesus Loves Me” performed by Melody Marble (kindergarten), accompanied by Jon Borum.
- Second place: choreographed vocal performance of “12 Nights of Christmas” by Annie Hickman, Crosby Robinette and Justice Crum (all third grade)
- Third place: original guitar performance by Westin Alexander (fifth grade)
- Honorable Mention: Hula Hoop routine by Revin Tomecko (fifth grade)
The ACCS Drama Club’s High School Talent Show will be 6 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 16, in the ACCS Bob Ulmer Gymnasium.
Judges are Devin Arnold, Devin Klugh, and Terrence Robinson.
