NATCHEZ– Graveside services for Norman W. “Bubba” Byrd, 70, of Natchez, who died Thursday, Nov. 7, 2019, in Natchez, will be 2 p.m. on Sunday at Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
Burial will follow under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.
Mr. Byrd was born Oct. 4, 1949, in Natchez, the son of Ben Byrd Jr. and Betty Beryl Bickerstaff Byrd.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Henry Jo Byrd; one brother, David Byrd; and one nephew, Kiley Byrd.
Survivors include one daughter, Ashley Coon of Natchez; one grandson, Tristan Coon of Natchez; one granddaughter, Mason Elizabeth Thorpe of Natchez; one aunt, Guynell Hall of Natchez; one uncle, Don Byrd of Texas; two sisters-in-law, Linda Byrd of Brandon and Marie Tucker and husband, Ed, of Natchez; brother-in-law, Aaron Brannan and wife, Carol, of Richton; and a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.
Pallbearers will be Jake Jones, Everette Ratcliffe, Freddie Sandel, Kenny Cavin, Gary Smith and Kelly Stevens.
