NATCHEZ– Memorial services for Margaret Smith, 86, of Natchez, who died Thursday, Nov. 7, 2019, will be 10 a.m. Monday at Laird Funeral Home Chapel.
Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time Monday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Smith was born Dec. 2, 1932, in Piave, the daughter of Samuel C. Robertson and Annie Belle Robertson.
Mrs. Smith was a member of Crosspoint Church in Natchez. She was a loving mother, grandmother and friend to many.  She had a special relationship with her granddaughter, Alicia Mitchell Smith, and her great-grandchildren, Chloe, Starlyn and Savanna.
Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by her parents; two children, Lyn Brown and Danny Smith; one sister, Bonnie Brewer; and three brothers, Samuel M. Robertson, Cecil E. Robertson and Tom Robertson.
Survivors include three sons, Ricky Smith and wife, Derinda, of Vidalia, Robert Smith and Dave Smith of Natchez; one sister, Ann Eyrich of Natchez; three brothers, Gavin C. Robertson and wife, Grace, of Crosby, Bobby Robertson and wife, Peggy, of Purvis, David Robertson and wife Billie Jean of Sand Hill, three grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Hospital.
