VIDALIA– Services for Herbert A. Rogillio Jr., 84, of Vidalia, who died Monday, Nov. 4, 2019, in Vidalia, will be 10 a.m. on today at Laird Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Richard Collum officiating.
Burial will follow at Natchez City Cemetery under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.
Mr. Rogillio was born Feb. 1, 1935, in Natchez, the son of Herbert Allison Rogillio Sr. and Winnie Mae Wilkinson Rogillio.
He was a lifetime member of the Natchez Masonic Lodge and the Moose Lodge. He was a U.S. Navy veteran, who was assigned to the U.S.S. Ponchatoula. Mr. Rogillio was also a member of Sycamore Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Ella Hall.
Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Patricia Rogillio; three sons, Stephen Earl Rogillio and wife, Shelia, Mark Rogillio and wife, Kathleen, and Herbert ”Bert” Rogillio III and wife, Elizabeth; one daughter, Rebecca Buckles; 10 grandchildren, Tamarah Wells, Dana Rogillio Wagoner, Eason Peoples, Summer Rogillio Scirocco, Samantha Rogillio Roark, Charles Peavy, Stephen Robert “Trey” Rogillio, Hunter Rogillio, Michael Buckles Jr., and Sebastian Buckles; 14 great-grandchildren; one brother, Cliff Rogillio; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Hunter Rogillio, Cade Andrews, Jacob Roark, Marcus Scirocco, Stephen Robert Rogillio and Rory Wagoner.
