NATCHEZ— Services for Barbara Jenette Thompson, 65, of Natchez, who died Monday, Aug. 26, 2019, at Merit Health Natchez, will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Pilgrim Baptist Church.
Burial will follow at the Natchez City Cemetery under the direction of Robert D. Mackel and Sons Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home and from 10 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.
Ms. Thompson was born Dec. 29, 1953, in Natchez.
Survivors include three children, Carlos Yates, Stephanie Thompson and Michael Thompson; three siblings, Richard D. Brooks II and wife, Toni, Adrian Davis and Carlton Davis; three grandchildren, Aniya Yates, Aaliyah Thompson and Khira Yates; stepfather, Willie Davis; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
