VIDALIA— Services for Doris Craft, 87, of Vidalia, who died Saturday, July 27, 2019, in Alexandria, Louisiana, will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Cornerstone Church in Vidalia with the Rev. Todd Welch officiating.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Comer Funeral Home Chapel in Ferriday.
Mrs. Craft was born Oct. 11, 1931, in El Dorado, Arkansas, the daughter of Prentiss and Audrey Tillman.
She was a Christian and attended Cornerstone Church. She was a loving mother, grandmother “Maw Maw” and great-grandmother. Her greatest joy was being with her family.
Mrs. Craft was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Kerry Craft; one sister, Linda Sue Farmer; one brother, Ricky Tillman; sister-in-law, Marie Tillman; and one aunt, Willie Mae Tillman.
Survivors include one son, Larry Craft and wife, Penny; one daughter, Tracey Bock; three brothers, James Tillman, Donald Tillman and wife, Dianne, and Bruce Tillman and wife, Linda; nine grandchildren, Debra Craft Hamilton, Stephanie Craft, Leslie Craft Trejo, Mallory Craft Whittington, Sarah Craft, Shelbi Craft McDaniel, Amber Bock, Tyler Bock and Austin Bock; 12 great-grandchildren, Rebecca, Lauren, Noah, Mason, Harlee, Hayley, Gian Addison, Greyson, Wyatt, Liam and Leon; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Tyler Bock, Austin Bock, Chris McDaniel, Scott Patton, Daniel Tillman, Chris Hodges and Daniel Whittington.
