NATCHEZ— Services for Jessie Beatrice “Bea” Murphy-Morgan, 76, of Natchez, who died Saturday, July 13, 2019, at Merit Health Natchez, will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Daughters of Zion Baptist Church.  
Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home’s Natchez chapel and from 10 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.
Mrs. Morgan was born Oct. 7, 1942, in Adams County, the daughter of the Rev. David Murphy Sr. and Harriet Ealey.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Ruby Lee Murphy and Emma Mae Murphy Phillips; and four brothers, David, Isaac, Joseph and Columbis Murphy.
Survivors include two daughters, Harriet Genoise Murphy of Gulfport and Jeanella Patrice Murphy; two sons, Myron Orlando Murphy and wife, Vanessa, of Natchez and Emmanuel Morgan Jr.; two brothers, Willie James Murphy and wife, Lucille, of Benton Harbor, Michigan, and Henry Murphy and wife, Vonzelle, of Natchez; one sister, Shirley L. Murphy-Sanders of Benton Harbor; and a number of other relatives and friends.
