NATCHEZ— Graveside services for Elizabeth “Becky” Lee, 90, of Taylorsville, formerly of the Kingston community, who died Tuesday, July 9, 2019, in Taylorsville, will be 10 a.m. Friday at Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery with the Rev. Dr. Frankie Clark, of Taylorsville, officiating.    
Music will be provided by Marie Owens.
Burial will follow under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.
Mrs. Lee was born Aug. 26, 1928, in Tensas, Louisiana, the daughter of Charles M. and Mary Dabbs Pounds. She had lived in Taylorsville for the last five years. While living in Natchez, she was a member of the Presbyterian faith and she also attended Cliff Temple Baptist Church.
Becky was a Tupperware lady, a store demonstrator and later in life, a hospital volunteer. She enjoyed nothing more than to talk to people, which is evident when looking back on her occupations.
Lee was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 56 years, Jeff D. Lee Sr.; and two brothers, Mike and Pat Pounds.
Survivors include three children, Mary Ann Odell and husband, Ken, Danny Lee and wife, Midge, and Richard Lee and wife, Janie; three granddaughters, Teresa Odell Hawkins and husband, Thero, of Taylorsville, Amy Lee Gordon and husband, David of Natchez and Jill Lee White and husband, T.J. of LaGrange, Georgia; four grandsons, Chris Lee and Dane Lee and wife, Misty, all of Kingston, Todd Odell of Taylorsville, and Jeremy Lee and wife, Ashley, of LaGrange; 14 great-great-children, Courtney, Chloe, Seth, Daniel, Hannah, Lane, Rivers, Will, Lillian, Aeris, Reise, Lelia, Delilah and Remi; one great-great-great-grandson, Callen; one sister, Jeanette Minard of Clayton; and two brothers, Charles Pounds of Clayton and Robert Pounds of Vidalia.
The family extends a sincere thank you to her wonderful sitters, Marie Owens of Taylorsville and Bonita Gray of Prentiss. Also, a special thank you to Halcyon Hospice and their amazing staff including, but not limited to, Lindsey Pell, Yolanda Gatlin, Shannon Roberts, Lisa Williams and Karen Cole. They all became like members of the family.
Honorary pallbearers will be Chris Lee, Todd Odell, Dane Lee, Jeremy Lee, Thero Hawkins, David Gordon, T.J. White and Allen Shoemaker.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of choice.
