NATCHEZ — Services for Danny Lynn Freeman, 63, of Natchez, who died Thursday, July 4, 2019, at his residence, will be 11:30 a.m. Monday, at Parkway Baptist Church with the Rev. Bo Swilley officiating.

Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. today at the funeral home and from 10:30 a.m. until service time Monday at the church.

Mr. Freeman was born June 23, 1956, in Bude, the son of Jewel Ray and Helen Louise Green Freeman.

He was a member of Parkway Baptist Church and a very active member of Relay for Life.

Mr. Freeman was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Connie Higginbotham Freeman; and his father-in-law, Rush Higginbotham.

Survivors include two children, Josh Freeman and wife, Karen, and Matthew Freeman and wife, Jheri Dupre; one sister, Edith Loy and husband, Harley; two brothers, Larry Freeman and wife, Marlene, and Randy Freeman and wife, Cheryl; one grandson, Zane Freeman; mother-in-law, Betty Higginbotham; and nieces, nephews and a number of long-time friends.

Pallbearers will be Fred Middleton, Jody Waldrop, Joe Peoples, Roger Davis, David King and Larry Dykes.

Honorary pallbearers will be Randy Freeman, Larry Freeman and Robert Neal.
