NATCHEZ— Services for Gwendolyn King, 56, of Natchez, who died Sunday, June 23, 2019, at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson, will be 11 a.m. Friday at Christian Hope Baptist Church with the Rev. John Scott officiating.   
Burial will follow at Sunset View Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home’s Natchez chapel.
Mrs. King was born Sept. 6, 1962, in Natchez, the daughter of Alfred McDonald and Ollie Mae King.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Survivors include one son, Otis Cooks Jr.; her significant other, Otis Cooks Sr.; her mother; one sister, Sheila King; four brothers, Troy King, Thurston King, Alfred King and wife, Colette, and Kenneth King and wife, Nedra; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
