ROXIE— Services for Burl Louis Jones Jr., 82, of Natchez, who died Thursday, June 20, 2019, at his residence, will be 3 p.m. Thursday at Roxie First Baptist Church with the Rev. Lamar Briggs officiating, along with guest ministers, the Rev. Greg Texada and the Rev. Celeste Texada of The Word Christian Center in Alexandria, La.   
Burial will follow at Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home.
Jones was the son of Burl L. Jones Sr. and Tammy L. Lindsey.
