WATERPROOF— Services for Chaka Khan Wiley- Kyle, 41, of St. Joseph, who died Friday, June 14, 2019, at the University Medical Center in New Orleans, will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Myrtle Grove Baptist Church in Waterproof with the Rev. Jerrod Bottley officiating.
Burial will follow at Barcelona Cemetery in Waterproof under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home of Ferriday.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Mrs. Kyle was born Feb. 14, 1978, in Pineville, La., the daughter of Perry Wiley Sr. and Dorothy Clark Wiley.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Survivors include her mother of St. Joseph; one son, Chauncy Bell Jr. of Vidalia; two daughters, SaMyni Bell of Vidalia and Triston Bell of Baton Rouge; two brothers, Perry L. Wiley Jr. and wife, Dana, of St. Joseph and Roderick Guice and wife, Jerlissa, of Dallas; one step-grandchild, Haylie Benn of Natchez; and a number of aunts, uncles, other family and friends.
