NATCHEZ�� Services for Joseph Doyle Breland, 79, of Natchez, who died Tuesday, June 11, 2019, in Vidalia, will be noon Monday at Cliff Temple Baptist Church in Natchez with the Rev. Russell Wagoner officiating.
Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Comer Funeral Home in Ferriday.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time Monday at the church.
Mr. Breland was born May 25, 1940, in Clayton, the son of Joseph Curtis Breland and Iva Lee Higginbotham Breland.
He was a member of Cliff Temple Baptist Church.
Breland was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Geanie Sansing Breland; one brother, Marshall Breland; and two sisters, Cathy Breland and Evelyn Crawford.
Survivors include two sons, David Breland and wife, Mardie, of Natchez and Dr. Joe Breland and wife, Tami Rauch, of Lexington N.C.; six daughters, Tammy Wilson and Pam Breland of Jonesbrough, Tenn., Debbie Dennis and husband, Stan, of Burnsville, N.C., Missi Johnson and husband, Butch, and Jammie Brown of Natchez, and Wendy Kelly and husband, Dr. Mark Kelly, of Laurel; two brothers, Wendall Breland of Ridgecrest and Noel Breland of Clayton; one sister, Carolyn LaShute and husband, Julian, of Ferriday; sister-in-law, Melody Latham Breland of Alto, La.; 22 grandchildren, Amanda Breland, Kristi Breland, Joseph Doyle Breland III, Finley Cade Breland, Colby Wilson, Scott Wilson, Maggie Dennis, Lana Jones, Lyndsey Clark, Bobby Dennis, Sydney Eidt, Jae Eidt, Andrew Johnson, Madison Stampley, Jeremy Tipton, Andy Tipton, Tommy Guin, Lacey Guin, Sarah George, Amanda Lopez, Tianna Kelly and Lylah Kelly; and 22 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Tommy Guin, Jae Eidt, Andrew Johnson, Blane Breland, Andy Tipton and Steve Minton.
