FERRIDAY— Services for Stephanie Scott, 44, of Ferriday, who died Wednesday, May 15, 2019, at Riverland Medical Center, will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Sunflower Baptist Church in Ferriday, with the Rev. Phiaon Thomas officiating.
Burial will follow at the Ferriday Cemetery under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home in Ferriday.
Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Ms. Scott was born July 23, 1974, in Natchez, the daughter of Larry and Irene Thompson Scott.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents; her father; and a special cousin, Sharda Lee.
Survivors include two children, Jalarrius Edwards and Ja’Laiyah Kelly, both of Ferriday; her mother; three sisters, Kimberly Scott of Alexandria, La., Roslyn Scott and Salone Frazier, both of Ferriday; five aunts; best friend, Jennifer Leonard and husband, Johnathon, of Ferriday; and a number of other relatives and friends.
