NATCHEZ — Robert Edward Palmer, 86, died Saturday, March 23, 2019, at Merit Health Natchez.
Burial will be at Fort Lincoln Cemetery in Maryland at a later date.
He proudly served his country in World War II and lived most of his life in Annapolis, Md.
He was a resident of Natchez for the past 11 years.
Survivors include his only son, Steven and wife, Brenda.
He will be greatly missed.
