NATCHEZ— Services for Lorna Biron Case, 81, of Natchez, who died peacefully Thursday, March 14, 2019, at Merit Health Natchez, will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Laird Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. David O’Connor officiating.
Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until service time Saturday at the funeral home.
A private family burial will follow at Natchez City Cemetery under the direction of Laird Funeral Home. She will be missed.
Lorna was born on Aug. 6, 1937, in Mobile, Ala., and moved to Natchez with her parents and two sisters in 1950. She was a graduate of Natchez High School. The most important things to Lorna were her family, her faith and her home. She loved to travel.
Lorna was preceded in death by her parents, Gilbert and Gladys Biron and one sister, Priscilla Biron, all of Natchez.
Survivors include her husband of 58 years, Audley P. Case; one son, Biron Case of Murfreesboro, Tenn.; one daughter, Audley Case Nugent and husband, Scott, of Natchez; one sister, Millett Biron Cuthbertson and husband, William, of Lake Concordia; two grandchildren, Brianne Nugent and fiancé, Ty Magee, of Knoxville and Rudy Nugent of Jackson; one niece, Biron Marie Cuthbertson Wood and husband, Stanley, of Jacksonville; two nephews, Billy Cuthbertson of New Orleans and Andrew Cuthbertson of Fort Lauderdale; family friend, Haley Howington; and brother-in-law, Wayne Case of California.
