Join us in celebration of pastor

This is an invitation to help Zion Hill No. 1 Baptist Church, 349 Lower Woodville Rd., Natchez, celebrate Pastor J.W. Pickett and first lady Minerva Pickett’s 32 years of faithful service to the church.
Pickett through those years has been a pastor with a vision, a spiritual leader, a preacher of the Gospel, a man of many hats, encouraging others to live a life Jesus would be proud of.
The Zion Hill family has grown to higher heights under his leadership in understanding how to upgrade their spiritual lives and following Christ.
Pickett is a powerful preacher of the Gospel. His ministry and work at the church has touched many lives in the Miss Lou.
The church and community is feeling the impact of his ministry in a powerful way.
God sent Pickett and first lady Pickett to Zion Hill No. 1 Baptist Church. Pickett prides himself on teaching and preaching God’s word.
The Zion Hill family praises his commitment and service to his members, challenging them through spiritual and pastoral insight to work on their vision through his spiritual and pastoral insight to work on their vision and walk in their purpose.
Pickett and first lady Pickett have been faithful to their members, believe in their members and believe there is still much more work to be done and his members must be even bolder in witness of Jesus’ word and the Holy Spirit must burn even brighter.
This celebration will be at 6 p.m. Saturday at the church.
Special guests will be homolist Danny Lewis, pastor of New Morning Star Baptist Church, Mercy Seat Baptist Church of Ferriday and New St. James Baptist Church of Vidalia. The Rev. Adrick Hunter of Fayette will render a musical period along with other soloists.
Pastor Pickett and first lady Pickett invite you to join them as they celebrate 32 years at Zion Hill No. 1 Baptist Church at 6 p.m. Saturday. Please join us for the occasion.
