NATCHEZ — Services for Theodore Thomas Rounds, 62, of Natchez, who died Saturday, Feb.  2, 2019, in Natchez, will be 11 a.m. Saturday at the George F. West Sr. Memorial Chapel at West Gate Funeral Home with the Rev. John Collard officiating.   
Burial will follow at Rounds Cemetery under the direction of West Gate Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. today at the funeral home.  Visitation will continue Saturday from 10 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
Mr. Rounds was born on Sept. 18, 1956, in Natchez, the son of Surget “Suzette” Rounds and Clara Maxine Rounds.
He was educated in the Natchez public school system and was disabled.  Theodore was a member of the Special Olympics.  He loved the outdoors, visiting, walking around the neighborhood and a good meal. He also enjoyed fishing, listening to music on his jam box and participating in the Special Olympics where he was awarded a number of trophies and medals.
He was preceded in death by his father; grandparents, Thomas and Mary Robinson Rounds, Levi C. Peets and Annie T. Hunter; and brother-in-law, Arie Washington Sr.
Survivors include his mother; one sister, Suzette Rounds Washington of Utica; one brother, Carl E. Rounds and wife, Sako, of Austin, Texas; two aunts, Mandy Martin of Houston and Susie Tolliver of Sumrall; one uncle, David Tolliver of Sumrall; five nieces, Angela Willis of Utica, Caitlin, Madison, Jillian and Alexa Rounds, all of Austin; and other relatives and friends.
