Planned Parenthood hypocritical?

Wow! Really hard to believe. According to a recent item in the Clarion Ledger a spokeswoman for Planned Parenthood said that the organization is opposed to separation of children from their illegally immigrating parents while the parents are detained for vetting and “ripping children from their mothers’ arms.”
Planned Parenthood of all people! The very ones whose stock in trade is permanently separating babies from their mothers — permanently as in forever, never to be reunited in this life.
Also according to this brief article the spokesperson actually used the word “ripping.” The irony here is that it is well known that a common procedure in later term abortions dismemberment by ripping (that word again) the arms and legs from the baby for easier removal.
We also realize that the late-term abortions are a favorite method by Planned Parenthood because they can charge more money for them and the babies’ body parts can be sold. (I’m not sure this is legal.) Planned Parenthood was asked if they would ask the mother if she wanted to have the baby anesthetized but they refused to ask. Perhaps because that would “humanize”the child.
The organization also falsely maintains that the unborn children cannot feel pain. Actually, those at this stage feel pain more acutely than any other time because of the early development of the neural system.
Just suppose for a minute that the keeper of the ovens at the Auschwitz Concentration camp had solicitously admonished mothers not to keep their children out in the sun too long because they might get sunburned, This is not to imply that Planned Parenthood is a Nazi organization, only that the situation is analogous.
Planned Parenthood, just as any organization, has a right to its beliefs. While hopefully we all believe in free speech, I feel strongly that it does not behoove Planned Parenthood to be sanctimonious about anybody else’s treatment of little children.
Unless, that is, they have had a complete change of heart and will no longer make it their business to take the little babies’ lives from them.
But don’t count on it.
