Rabb named to Delta Bank board of directors

FERRIDAY — Brian D. Campbell, Chairman of the Board of Delta Bank, recently announced the addition of Michael M. Rabb to the board of directors.
A native of Ferriday, Rabb is a graduate of Ferriday High School and Louisiana Tech University. He has attended numerous professional schools and seminars throughout his career. He is a graduate of The Graduate School of Banking of the South at LSU, and the National Commercial Lending School at the University of Oklahoma.
Rabb has been employed by Delta Bank (formerly Louisiana Central Bank) since the first day of operation in 1973. Throughout his 45 years of service with the bank, Rabb has played a vital role in the management and success of the bank. Having been a senior commercial and agricultural lender for many years, Rabb is currently the chief credit officer for Delta Bank.
His contributions to the community over the years have been numerous. Rabb has served on various boards and has been involved with several civic clubs in the Ferriday area including Ferriday Rotary Club, St Patrick’s Men’s Club, and Ferriday Chamber of Commerce and is a Past President of each.
Rabb is a founding director of Delta Charter School of Math, Science, and Technology in Ferriday and is chairman of the finance committee.
He and his wife, Mary Hazlip Rabb, have two children, and three grandchildren. They attend St. Francis Catholic Church in Waterproof.

Delta Bank serves northeast Louisiana and neighboring counties in Mississippi from the main office in Vidalia and branch bank offices in Natchez, Ferriday, Tallulah and Lake Providence.
