Whether you are a divine DIY person, a retail person, a person who is ready to purge your house and closet, or a truly skilled craftsman, don’t miss the opportunity to have a booth at the sixth annual Community Market at Jefferson Street United Methodist Church.
On Saturday, April 7, the ladies of the church will once again host this awesome event.
Booth space may be rented for a fee of $50 for a 10-foot by 10-foot inside space or $40 for an outside area equal to two parking spaces.
The official hours for customers of the Market will be from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. There is no admission fee, and concessions will be sold on site.
Traditionally, there have been many booths that were rented by people and organizations who saw a great opportunity to present their treasures to hundreds of shoppers in attendance. Each year, the Community Market has drawn a tremendous crowd, and it is a golden venue for vendors of all types.
In past years, in addition to many garage sale booths, we have hosted candle makers, carvers of wooden bowls, photographers, jewelry crafters, wood crafters, wreath makers, bakers, canners of jams and jellies and sellers with a gargantuan variety of recycled and used furniture and house decor.
Set up can begin Friday afternoon, and we will have a security guard on the premises Friday night.
This market is simply an outstanding gathering of hundreds of people who are looking for good deals on other people’s wares.
The organizers handle all of the advertising and will graciously assist you in making this a very positive, and, hopefully, a very lucrative experience.
For more information or to reserve your booth, call 601-807-8705.
If you’re interested, please don’t procrastinate on calling, as we have a limited number of booth spaces to offer.
Hope to hear from you soon!
