Judy Busick and Randal Busick work on decorating their umbrellas Tuesday in Natchez. The couple helped decorate for the Festival of Music’s Second Line March that will follow the Krewe of Phoenix parade Friday night. The parade will be led by the fabulous Bayou Brass Band.
